We provide training to Leadership Team and Senior Executives for Risk Management . These comprising of all aspects like Identifying the risk, Assessing the risk , Mitigating the risk and monitoring and controlling the Risk.
Also we run thro’ the concepts of different types of risk which Organization encounters.
Process Risk Management
With help of Process and R&D team (cross functional members), we analyse the Plant Operations, Processes handled and evaluate them for potential risk. Based on severity and probability of its occurrence we suggest the corrective and preventive action to curtail, reduce or eliminate the risk.
Chemical Risk Management
Apart from risk during the process, there are other risk involved in the operations carried out in the Plant/Industry. Those are mainly due to hazardous chemicals we handled. From receipt of those material, Storage and handling, including charging in the Process/ Equipment, we identify the risk involved and provide safe handling method.
